In fact, read side-by-side with the other candidates' current stump speeches, the Obama script makes at least as many references to policy proposals as do theirs. Kindly put, though, those ideas aren't the crowd-pleasing part of his presentation.Though if you got trapped watching his speech after winning in Wisconsin, you already knew this - the hard way!
